This is a permanent role that is currently 0.8 FTE with the scope to grow to full time hours as Melbourne's restriction eases. 

The role

Your new role will see you work closely with a range of different clients, assisting them with customer service enquiries and administrative support. With a mix of inbound calls and email, you will handle enquiries across a range of different merchandise and loyalty programmes. 

You will also assist in updating and scheduling content across platforms and work closely with the inhouse digital teams to maintain and improve ecommerce solutions.  

Key requirements 
  • You are a customer service superstar with a range of different experiences under your belt
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a focus on providing tailored solutions for customers 
  • A strong sense of initiative, problem solving skills and ability to work autonomously
