Job description

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, self-driven Customer Service and Donation Representative to work for one of the oldest Not for Profit organisations. You will be working from home whilst in a supportive, hands-on team where every day is different. 

You will be working full-time hours (37.5 hour week) and in return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with an hourly rate of $27 per hour + super whilst working from the comfort of your own home. A landline is an absolute must for this position. 

You will be working for an organisation where they are creating a lasting impact with the poorest men, women and children living with disability by encouraging self-reliance and participation. Working in partnership with local organisations, and working for and with people with disability to promote their rights to local and national governments and agencies. They campaign in Australia and overseas to change attitudes towards disability. 

Leading into their busiest day of the year, this person will play a key role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with supporters alongside providing exceptional and courteous customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have contact centre experience who is intuitive and resilient. You will pride yourself on your communication skills and thrive in fast-paced environments.
