The purpose of the role is to develop and nurture existing relationships with retailers around Australia and New Zealand. You will extract thoughts and proposals from clients and through your strong customer service comes the sale. This role is all to do with a consulting approach, a sale is great however a returning customer and strong customer relations is even better.

A bit more on the position: 
  • Identifying issues, inputs and opportunities within your existing clients and proactively bringing in new business with them
  • Working within an office environment
  • Keeping educated and updated in market trends to find new business and increase sales within the company
  • Build strong and lasting relationship with clients
  • Team player
The ideal candidate:
  • 1-2 years call centre experience in an account management or sales environment
  • Great phone manner
  • Has career goals and wants to succeed within the business
  • Is able to negotiate and close deals
  • Demonstrated success at working towards KPIS and targets
