Job description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Specialist with a background in Members Retention and Loyalty Programs to be part of the expanding Marketing Team and join an Award-Winning insurance comparison service provider. They do all the back-end work for their customers by comparing insurance providers and finding tailored packages for consumers to save both time and money. Working with a number of leading providers, our client understands the importance of interactive customer service and a needs-based approach to help individuals make the right decision.

Reporting to the Head of Member Experience and working with the broader team, your role will support the development of relationships with Members through a range of channels that deliver improvements in Member LTV across a number of different verticals.

Some of your responsibilities in this role include:
  • Drive and deliver Member-focused integrated marketing programs focused on increasing Member engagement, expansion, retention, and Member Lifetime Value
  • Define, Implement and deliver organisational loyalty programs, across all products to increase Member share of wallet and engagement
  • Monitor feedback to continuously improve Member experience through the implementation and optimisation of Member metrics such as NPS, CSAT, CES, and surveys
  • Forecasting Member retention volume and value
Ideally, you will have:
  • Previous experience in developing successful Member retention strategies through creating successful loyalty/reward programs
  • Experience managing enterprise CRM tools (SFMC) to create personalised journeys and understanding journey mapping
  • Exceptional analytical skills - managing data, developing insights, and communicating results across a number of different verticals
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-moving business, and able to prioritise effectively
  • Have full working rights in Australia, be self-motivated, and have a positive attitude
