Job description

We are seeking an experienced Customer CRM Marketing Coordinator with a background in Members Email Marketing Coordination to be part of the expanding Marketing Team and join an Award-Winning insurance comparison service provider. They do all the back-end work for their customers by comparing insurance providers and finding tailored packages for consumers to save both time and money. Working with a number of leading providers, our client understands the importance of interactive customer service and a needs-based approach to help individuals make the right decision.

Reporting to the Head of Member Experience and working with the broader team, your role will be responsible for developing, executing, and the ongoing refinement of multi-channel marketing programs by leveraging consumer lifestyle, behavioural, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs across multiple communication channels.

Some of your responsibilities in this role include:
  • Develop, execute and implement consumer retention campaigns, managing the development of creative concepts, creating operational planning to conducting pre/post-campaign evaluations for continuous improvement
  • Create and execute strategic initiatives across the entire Member journey spanning awareness, intent, education and nurturing, conversion, loyalty, and retention.
  • Analysing the omnichannel experience of existing members, based on customer feedback and internal and external data & insights provided
  • Identify and lead the integration of BTL channels, including SMS, Email, LiveChat and Messenger, Bots and Content initiatives
  • Manage project budgets where required
Ideally, you will have:
  • Previous experience in understanding how to leverage consumer lifestyle, behavioural, transactional, and demographic data
  • Experience managing CRM & BTL campaigns, enterprise CRM and Marketing Automation tools to create personalised journeys and understand Member journey mapping
  • Exceptional analytical skills - managing data, developing insights, and communicating results across a number of different verticals
  • Exposure to customer pain points, engagement improvement opportunities, and developing solutions to remediate
  • Strong knowledge of brand communication and brand management
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-moving business, and able to prioritise effectively
  • Have full working rights in Australia, be self-motivated, and have a positive and process-focused attitude
