About the company
Our client is a globally recognised Healthcare organisation. They assist those with disability in finding individualised solutions, they whole heartedly believe there is no “one-size fits all” solution.

Currently, they are in the midst of growth which means we are looking for multiple Customer Service Consultants to commence 20th September 2021.

The Opportunity:
Customer Service Consultants are responsible for interacting with customers across Australia and New Zealand via outbound (Cold, Warm and Hot) calls, inbound calls, online chat and email. Booking appointments to help service disadvantaged members of our community will be your primary task.

About you: 
You naturally have a great attitude with an outlook of no job is too big or small. You can build rapport easily, you are motivated and you pride yourself on your excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. 
  • Previous Customer Service Experience (Call centre, retail & hospitality)
  • High level of computer and systems literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation & experience working in a fast pace environment
  • Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly
