Currently, they are in the midst of rapid expansion which means we are looking for multiple Customer Care Consultants to commence 4th October 2021.
The Opportunity:

Customer Service Consultants are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to new and existing clientele. Your day will be varied! You will deal with high-end customer service queries around billing resolutions, complaints & on a first call resolution basis.

About you: 

You naturally have a great attitude with an outlook of no job is too big or small. You can build rapport easily, you are motivated and you pride yourself on your excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. 

  • Previous Customer Service Experience (Call centre, retail & hospitality)
  • 12 months experience in a customer service role minimum
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation & experience working in a fast pace environment
  • Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly
