We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Team Leader to come on board to mentor and support a new Customer Service team on an initial 6-month contract.

What will I be doing?
  • You will lead and grow a team of highly skilled individuals, coaching them to high performance and ensuring the delivery of superior customer service.
  • You will build and sustain positive relationships with customers and team members alike and maintain a high quality and motivational work environment.
  • Provide on-going training and development to brand new customer service claims team
  • Manage work-flow of customer service enquiries
  • Provide constructive feedback to direct reports
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the business 
  • Review and manage team performance
  
What do I need to be successful?

You're someone who wants to work with, develop and grow team members. You are a natural leader and can coach in real time. You can deal with escalations easily and lead by example.
  • Previous Customer Service Team Leader, 2IC or Manager experience is essential
  • Insurance claims experience will be highly regarded
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A highly motivated and positive attitude
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
