Due to their commitment to being progressive, they have created an in-house business centre, the first in Melbourne where they can manage prospective clients' requirements.

Based right in the heart of South Yarra (looking to move potentially early 2021 still within the inner suburbs) this is the perfect role for someone who wants to work with great people, feel challenged, and build their career within the real estate industry. 

This is a full-time position with a salary of $65,000 + Super + Comms, commencing 19th October and will initially be a working from home position.

The new role

Your new role will be an integral part of the business centre and key to its success. Consider it as a start-up business within a well-established business.

As this is a new concept within the real estate industry in Victoria and your contribution, ideas and drive will be paramount. You will also work closely with the General Manager in the business centre and be part of a growing team.

Key requirements/responsibilities:
  • Previous sales/retention experience working within an outbound contact centre environment
  • Have had some exposure to the real estate industry in the past - this would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Genesys CRM
  • Follow up leads from the Open for Inspections, generate new leads from an existing database
  • Worked towards targets
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders as you will need to build strong relationships with company Directors and Agents
  • You must know how to get buy-in from stakeholders and manage relationships
  • Be adaptable as you will be prospecting clients that English is their second language 
  • Have strong verbal communication skills
  • Most important be confident, well polished, and resilient.
