Due to huge growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Support Coordinator to work with an Award Winning home builder to support the site managers and customers through the entire process of building their dream home.
  
With head office located in Mount Waverley, our client offers an unbeatable supportive and cohesive workplace culture where great work is recognised and rewarded.  If you are an experienced administration and customer service professional with previous exposure or working knowledge of the building and construction industry this role could be for you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (but not limited to):
Act as the professional link between customer and site personnel to regularly update customers on the status of their home during the building process
- Update and maintain customer files with relevant contract, variations and other required documentation and ensure all information in database is correct and up to date
- Provide all relevant documentation to the nominated Building Inspector
- Confirm with Site Manager that inspections are complete in order to achieve occupancy permits
- Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of the products, services and processes offered by our client in order to confidently interact with their customers.
    
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous administration experience in a customer centric role
- Ability to work under pressure in a time critical environment
- Exposure or working knowledge to the building and construction industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook computer skills
