We are looking for a Leader to manage a diverse team of Administration experts. Your attention to detail and ability to monitor and oversee administrative processes will be vital in this role.

What will I be doing?
  • You will lead and grow a team of highly skilled individuals, coaching them to maintain a fast-paced routine across a variety of tasks
  • You will build and sustain positive relationships with customers, clients and team members alike and maintain a high quality and motivational work environment.
  • You will have awareness of company financials and be able to reduce and minimise loss within your team.
  • Provide on-going training and development to your expert administration team
  • Act as an escalation point for client disputes and resolve appropriately in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the business 
  • Review and manage team performance
  
What do I need to be successful?
  
You're someone who wants to work with, develop and grow team members. You are a natural leader and can coach in real time. You can deal with escalations easily and lead by example.
  • Previous Customer Service Team Leader, 2IC or Manager experience is essential
  • Coaching and mentorship experience to exceed KPI’s
  • Insurance claims experience will be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a level of awareness of yourself and those around you.
  • A highly motivated and positive attitude
  • You will have extensive knowledge and understanding of Administration tasks with strong communication skills.
  • You will ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You will have experience liaising with management around finances, systems and processes to improve daily exercises.
