About the company

Based in Mount Eliza, you will work remotely to cater to the current needs of the business.
You can expect an open-door policy and a culture where you will be welcome from day 1! It is a small team so if this is something you have strived in before as a strong administrator or a PA/EA then this will be the role for you.

There is a warm family feel where you will be welcome to share ideas and show your innovative side. The main focus of this role is supporting the MD to enable them to do their role more efficiently.  As a company that is still effectively in ‘start-up mode’, you should expect no two days to be the same.
This role will be a mix of administration, updating social media accounts, helping with email accounts, and suggesting solutions to help the business be more efficient.

Your new role

  • You will be managing emails, work schedules, and preparations on behalf of the Managing Director. You will support internal and external stakeholder management including being a key point of contact for the Managing Director
  • Dealing with any administration required which may include a backlog over previous months
  • Providing solutions for managing emails, pay systems, and the overall organisation of a start-up business.
  • You will help in the coordination of webinars and events
  • Identify opportunities to continuously optimise the time and efficiency of the Owner
There are huge growth opportunities for this person to grow in the business. This is a new role so you really have the chance to make your mark. You really have the opportunity to prove yourself and be a key player in a growing business and the opportunity to develop your skills and get involved in all aspects of the business.  Although the role will be working from home you will feel connected to the business from day one!

This may go permanent for the right person but to begin with, this would be over 3-4 days.

Key requirements 
  • You have a strong administration background!
  • You have a strong IT background and love systems! You know how to collaborate with email systems and upload customers to different platforms - Technology doesn't scare you!
  • You know how to use spreadsheets and can suggest ways to make things more efficient!
  • You have previous PA/EA experience would be great as you will know how to work for a managing director in an efficient way
  • You’re a natural when it comes to building rapport and fostering new and existing relationships
  • Down to earth, humble and the ability to work in a growing business – every day will be different
  • You enjoy working in a small team and a new company
