- Provide administrative support to project managers, sales & state managers
- Form weekly & monthly sales reports & maintain databases
- Provide reception service - answering the phone & managing walk-in traffic
- Be able to work set deadlines & liaise with different kinds of stakeholders
- 3 years experience in a similar kind of role
- Understanding of the architectural/design market is highly regarded
- Maintain a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction and promote a positive team environment
- A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly motivated
