We are looking for a engaging and hardworking person who will be provide admnistration support to Managers across the business in addition to reception duties. This is a very hands on job, requiring someone proactive with experience in a similar role.

Flexibility is key to this position with a strong willingness to go beyond the confines of the position description & someone who is a team player!

Key expectations of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, sales & state managers
  • Form weekly & monthly sales reports & maintain databases
  • Provide reception service - answering the phone & managing walkin traffic
  • Be able to work set deadlines & liaise with different kinds of stakeholders
About you:
  • 3 years experince in a similar kind of role
  • Have a good understanding of the architectural market
  • Maintain a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction and promote a positive team environment
  • A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly motivated
