We are looking for an engaging and hardworking person who will be able to work closely with the management accountant. This is a very hands-on job, requiring someone proactive with experience in manufacturing & has a good solid understanding of costings, margins & inventory. Travel between the Heidelberg & Richmond officers is essential with a 50/50 split.

Flexibility is key to this position with a strong willingness to go beyond the confines of the position description & someone who is a team player!

Key expectations of the role:

• To provide timely and accurate sales reports and costing, including job costing assistance across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth.

• To provide support to the Management Accounting Manager and Financial Controller.

About you:

• 4-5 Years accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Tertiary qualified in business or finance - CPA Qualified essential

• Maintain a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction and promote a positive team environment

• A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly

• Exceptional attention to detail and highly motivated

• An understanding of manufacturing and industrial processes is preferred
