This position is working for an Australian owned transport and logistics business, operating across a range of core services including National and International Freight Management, Warehousing and Distribution and Project Logistics. Their clients come from a wide variety of industries such as pharmaceuticals, retail, FMCG, wine production, renewable energy and medical technologies

The role

Joining a close-knit, on the ball team, you will work across an existing portfolio of customers across the freight, warehousing and distribution divisions. You will be the single point of contact liaising strategically and confidently with a portfolio of KEY clients and all of its internal stakeholders, managing relationships end to end.
This role will see you engage with clients ensuring expectations are met and exceeded, you will also identify ways to do new business with your clients by cross promoting opportunities within different areas of your client’s business.

 
The ideal candidate

You will possess exemplary organisational skills, display high attention to detail, have a customer-first focus and present excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a stellar customer service background who is looking to refine their sales and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Driven, motivated and have a hunger to achieve results and exceed expectations
  • All problems can be solved, and that is the attitude that will see you succeed in this position
