About the role?
 
We are looking to recruit a team of level 1 technical helpdesk support professionals that are dedicated to providing the best customer experience. This could be your opportunity to work, learn, and grow alongside a major technology company, as well as, their team of specialists. With no two days the same, and you will be continually building your product knowledge and enhancing your technical ability. Following a great induction and training process, you will assist in technical support with various merchants and businesses.
These positions require flexible availability from Monday to Sunday 6 am - 10 pm with varying shifts on a rotating roster. Weekend work is only required one out of every six weeks.   
 
Main responsibilities and duties:
  • Responding and managing email and phone enquires
  • Troubleshooting, system resets, and networking tasks
  • Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network problems
  • The ability to demonstrate and express IT proficiency
  • Knowledge of Point of Sales systems is an advantage.

  • Proven experience in a level 1 IT helpdesk and Customer Service role.
