About the role
    
You will be the friendly voice and first point of contact for our client, where you will assist new and existing customers around general inquiries that may require assistance with their hire needs. 
Within this role you will be taking calls, answering emails, and balancing a live chat, this role is quite rewarding as it also offers a variety of administration tasks which is perfect for those who are seeking diversity.
To thrive in this role, you need to have a positive, confident, and friendly manner with a ‘can-do' attitude, the customer is the very focus of each interaction and so tailoring solutions is vital. 
This is an exciting and fast-paced environment which is ideal if you like to keep busy, have strong organizational skills, and genuinely care for your customers.
   
   
 Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Awesome communication skills that help build rapport with ease 
  • Active listening skills that allow you to hear customers and their needs
  • Strong passion to find a solution for every customer you speak with
  • Available between 7 am and 7 pm, 7 days a week.
  • If you have call centre experience this would be an advantage! 
  • Valid driving license and your own car (training involves working across multiple branches in your area)
   
 About the training
    
Training is offered in a supportive and collaborative format, which will allow you to view the business from both a retail store and call centre perspective. This will allow you to see the products and tools in person which helps to build confidence when offering these to your customers, it also allows you to bond with your colleagues in a face-to-face environment. 
You are even encouraged to try out the tools and equipment in the warehouse to better expand your product knowledge! You will be required to work across multiple branches in your area to build your knowledge up of the company before starting in the call centre.
