The role

As a Customer Advocate, you are working on behalf of the customer and are responsible for providing great customer service and product support, via a range of channels including telephone (inbound and outbound), email and online.

You will be offering first class customer service which will cover technical product and company knowledge, you will enhance customer relationships with a core focus on resolutions.  

You will be aiding small business owners with their needs, this could be a general inquiry around the service this product offers, this could be offering technical support, or even helping them re-engage with the product to increase retention levels.
  
  

What you need to be successful
  • Minimum 3 years as retention/customer service representative or similar position
  • Ability to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Outstanding customer service with a friendly, problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to determine customer needs and align product solutions to retain the customer
  • Experience with MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong work ethic and professional presentation
