We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and who are eager to learn!
Role Details:
As a Phone-Based Customer Service Representative at a state-of-the-art contact center in Mulgrave, you'll handle inbound calls from customers in Australia and New Zealand, addressing inquiries related to their vehicle loans or leases. Your role is all about providing top-tier service to our luxury clientele. Beyond phone support, you'll also engage in email-based tasks and conduct welcome calls for new customers.
- Location: Mulgrave (with free onsite parking)
- Hours: Rotating roster between 06:30 and 18:00 (8-hour shifts, primarily between 9 am - 5 pm)
- Compensation: $36 per hour + Super + Penalty Rates as required
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday rotating roster (occasional Saturday work with penalty rates). Please note most shifts would be across Monday-Friday.
- Enjoy the flexibility of working from home for two days a week with provided equipment (After the training period). Please note that as this is a short-term contract you would primarily be office based with possibility of hybrid towards the end of the contract.
