Because of their growth, we now seek a Contact Centre Team Leader to join the rapidly expanding team in the heart of Sydney CBD.
As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of approximately 18 consultants across both Sales and Customer Service streams. Your role is to turn high level goals into daily practice by coaching, developing, and holding the team accountable while balancing floor presence and operational duties.
Training is provided to ensure you are set up for success. Post training, this is a hybrid position that offers flexibility to work from home one day a week.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience leading a team in a contact centre or service environment
- Previous insurance or financial services experience is preferred
- A confident, direct communicator comfortable having difficult performance conversations
- Strong understanding of both sales and service dynamics
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage a growing team and run a consistent review cadence
- Decisive under pressure, particularly when handling escalations
- Mon 8:30am to 5:30pm | Tue to Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 + Super (Depending on experience)
