Responsibilities:
- Assist students, parents or guardians with their essential needs
- Process transactions in person and via the team’s online fulfillment portal.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organisation
- Stock shelves and manage inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to students and families
- Valid Working with Children Check - essential or be willing to obtain one
- Retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High Attention to detail and confident in using systems and technology
- Able to commit to assignment duration
- Comfortable with working between 3-5 shifts per week.
- Hours: Generally, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. During the busy period (19–31 January), you may be required to work some Saturdays (penalty rates apply) and extended hours between 7:00am–7:00pm.
- Duration: Starting ASAP and running through to the end of February 2026, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
- Rate: $34 per hour plus superannuation.
- Training: Full training provided to ensure your success.
- Location: Dandenong South.
